SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States and Spain.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
— United States: 2–4 business days
— Spain: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During peak periods or public holidays, slight delays may occur.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (US ORDERS)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs inspection. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Pitch Lab Pros is not responsible for customs delays.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@pitchlabpros.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pitch Lab Pros is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@pitchlabpros.com before your order ships.
