SHIPPING POLICY

Pitch Lab Pros currently ships exclusively within the United States (all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses included). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping: 3-6 business days
Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and selected shipping speed. 

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

International Orders
At this time, Pitch Lab Pros only ships within the United States. We're working on expanding to international markets — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we do.
