RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work.

Eligibility
- Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened products can be returned within 30 days if you're not satisfied with your results — contact us first.

How to Start a Return
Email with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US addresses only) and instructions.

Refunds once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you — no return needed.

Note: This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States, as Pitch Lab Pros currently only ships domestically.
