REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Pitch Lab Pros, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
— Unused and in the same condition you received it
— In its original, sealed packaging
— Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
We do not accept returns on opened or partially used supplement products for hygiene and safety reasons.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@pitchlabpros.com with:
— Your order number
— The reason for the return
— A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@pitchlabpros.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started will not be refunded for that month but will take effect the following month.
